Terms & Conditions
Class Registration & Payment
Registration and full payment are required to reserve your spot in a Jelly’s Sweets decorating experience. Space is limited and registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds
All class registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable to another class or date. If you are unable to attend, you may have another guest attend in your place. Please contact Jelly’s Sweets prior to the class to provide the new participant’s name.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes or no-shows.
If Jelly’s Sweets must cancel or reschedule a class, registered participants will be contacted with available options, including a refund when applicable.
Partner Venue Classes
Classes hosted in partnership with play cafés, park districts, community organizations, or other venues may be subject to the registration and cancellation policies of the hosting venue. Please review the policies provided when registering.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Jelly’s Sweets products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may be present, including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While every effort is made to handle food safely, Jelly’s Sweets cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Please contact Jelly’s Sweets before registering if you or your child has a food allergy or dietary restriction so we can determine whether the class can be safely accommodated.
Children’s Classes
Age requirements vary by class and will be included in the individual class description. For classes requiring caregiver participation, a parent or responsible adult must remain with the child for the duration of the experience.
Private & Corporate Events
Private parties, corporate events, and custom experiences may have separate payment, cancellation, guest-count, travel, or rescheduling terms outlined in the individual proposal, invoice, or agreement. Those terms will take precedence when applicable.
Cottage Food Information
Jelly’s Sweets operates in accordance with applicable Illinois cottage food requirements. Required cottage food and ingredient information is provided on applicable products.
