Jelly's Sweets - Cookie Decorating Classes

Hi, I’m Joely, but most people call me Jelly.

After more than 15 years in the professional baking and pastry world, designing wedding cakes, testing cookbook recipes, and training bakers around the globe, I discovered what I truly love most: teaching.

Jelly’s Sweets is now a mobile decorating experience company, bringing hands-on cookie and cupcake classes to play cafés, corporate teams, and private events across Chicagoland.

I partner with play spaces, community venues, and companies to host themed pop-ups and enrichment-style classes that are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed for connection. Whether it’s toddlers decorating alongside a parent, a team-building session for a corporate group, or a private celebration, my goal is always the same: make decorating feel joyful, approachable, and beautifully memorable.

While I still accept a limited number of custom orders each season, decorating experiences are the heart of Jelly’s Sweets. Because the sweetest memories are not just baked, they’re created together.
