About Me
Hi, I’m Joely! For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved baking—not just for the delicious treats but for the creativity and joy that comes with it. Over the past 10 years, I’ve turned that passion into a career, teaching pastry decorating to students of all ages. I’ve spent 5 years teaching at local colleges and universities, another 5 running my own home-based baking business, and along the way, I’ve even had the chance to share my skills on Fox, WGN, and NBC.
Baking has also taken me around the world! I’ve taught in Spain, Turkey, and Manila, helping others discover the art of decorating pastries. But now, I’m bringing that experience straight to you—right in your home or at a special location of your choice. My decorating classes are all about having fun, getting creative, and learning new skills in a relaxed, hands-on way.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker/decorator, I’d love to help you create something beautiful (and delicious!). Let’s make some sweet memories together!
